PURPOSE

Support and facilitate core financial responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative close out of project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accounts Receivable
  • Manage all client collections
  • Enter, process and file cash receipts
  • Prepare and send client statements monthly
  • Process and send client invoices
  • Reconcile related general ledger accounts
Accounts Payable
  • Process, enter + file all accounts payable (invoices, expense reports, credit cards)
  • Process weekly check runs
  • Maintain vendor profiles (terms, discounts, tax id, etc.)
  • Reconcile vendor accounts monthly via statements and related transactions.
  • Issue annual vendor 1099’s.
  • Assist office admin as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING  
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Highly developed skills with MS Office, QuickBooks, Excel.
  • Studio Designer and Ajera experience is a plus.
  • Experience within a cost-based professional services company preferred.
  • Experience in professional services industry a plus
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and respond quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Highly developed MS Office skills.
